Download without saving album?

 Is there a way to download or for downloaded songs to remain after un-liking/un-saving album?

I enjoy searching for what to listen through artists as well on desktop as on android, and having to save albums to download them really annoys me as saving albums screws up the artists page showing only saved album and showing them all together if multiples present.

Instead of saving an album, you can add it to a new playlist from the context menu. It won't then be added to your library.
