No internet connection when i connect via my network

My Question or Issue

No internet connection when i connect via my network. i cant even sign into the app on my phone. I have no issues the moment i connect to a wifi.

So basically i cant use my app when i am on the go. All other apps work fine during the same time

Have tried uninstalling/installing the app, changed password, cleared cache, restarted phone everything. Please help

As we haven’t seen any similar posts about this recently, could you let us know if you’re still having troubles with this?

If you are, can you check that Spotify is not being blocked by any battery optimizing or anti-virus apps you might have?

We also want to double check if you have the possibility to ask a friend or a family member to log in on your device and give this a shot to see if that makes a difference.
