My Question or Issue

Dear All, I usually listen to Spotify in the car everyday. Last week suddenly it stopped working. The Spotify app tells me it plays the music but nothing is reaching the car anymore (I haven't changed anything and it worked before). I have already decoupled the mobile with the car, connected again, deinstalled the app and installed it again. Still, nothing works. However phone calls work with the car which means it's a problem with Spotify not with the car nor the mobile. Any idea to solve this? 🙂

Thanks for reaching out about this. 

We understand you've already tried reinstalling the app. However, we'd like to suggest a clean reinstall as it's more thorough than a regular one and can be helpful to get rid of any cache that might be causing issues. 

If this doesn't do the trick, could you let us know if you notice anything new when using a different device?
