Not able to login to spotify app

Not able to login to spotify app

Heyy
I recently had to change my password after my lower left corner of the screen broke and my uppercase icon is no longer accessible(long story)
Anyway, the website accepts my new password but the app doesn't ! What do I do?! Help please !

Edit: reinstalling app didn't help

Have you tried re-installing the app?

The app is most likely behind. Give the app some time to reconnect and get the new information and if it doesn't catch up uninstall and reinstall the app.

Just did, no difference, still get the same error message for an incorrect username or password

Try changing you password again.

Nope, changing password again didn't help either

Are you able to just create a new account and follow the playlists from your previous account? In doing so you can go onto the browser version and give your other account the permission to edit the playlists.

I would contact spotify on twitter for faster support. twitter.com/spotifycares

They can check what's wrong. You could wait for an official response here, but I don't know how long that will take 🙂
