I have an honor 10 lite that runs android version 9 and when I play Spotify the notification shows on the lock screen but I don't have any of the controls. I have deleted and reinstalled it, updated it and made sure all app permissions and notifications are on, I don't know how to fix it, I have to unlock my phone to change the song.
