Now playing drop down menu doesn't match what's actually playing

While I'm listening to new music, the "now playing" is still showing artwork from a podcast I listened before.

Thanks for posting this thread!

If you've not tried any troubleshooting steps so far I recommend starting with a clean reinstall. It's more detailed and also includes steps to clear the cache which often causes performance issues. It's also a good idea to check for any pending OS updates on your phone.

If the issue persists and you're using an SD-card try with removing it and reinstalling Spotify once again.
