Offline playlist not available

Offline playlist not available

Hey,

i recently upgrated to premium to listen to spotify while im traveling the following months. I just use spotify on my android phone.
I downloaded about 700 songs. At first all worked nicely. Im in italy now without good wifi connection so i need the offline playlist.
Spotify just deleted the whole playlist so its not available any more and i would have to download it again, what is not working without proper wifi.
Why is spotify doing this and is there any chance to get the playlist back without downloading it again?

Did you go online at all? If you do not go online after 30 days to re-affirm your premium membership then you will lose access to downloaded files

Hey,
yes, i this was the first thing ive tried. Actually im not even a prem
member for 10 days, so this shouldnt be a problem, should it?

Ah, that may explain it. Listening offline is only available for Premium subscribers

Well, but i am a premium member just still in my first free month so i should be able to use all premium things, shouldnt i?

Did you ever find a resolution? I have the same problem. Considering canceling my membership as offline play was the only reason I signed up

Hey,
actually I did...I didnt have enough storage on my phone and had to sort my
sd disk right - and I used 2 different mobile devices for spotify. one of
them was my old 8 gb motorola with no SD slot, so by switching between my
actual phone and my old one, the old one couldn't store as much music on
spotify as my newer phone, so instead of stopping the downloads, the
playlist was fully removed.
I deleted most apps from my old phone to get enough space and sorted my sd
card right on my new phone...since then it works perfectly.
cheers and good luck

Thanks. Mine wasn¹t an issue with space. A simple uninstall and reinstall
of Spotify seemed to fix things.

I think this is wrong. I connect by WiFi at least ten times per month and even I do that and downloading offline I still have the same issue. My playlist are mine, I created not took it for the artist so I don't need updated the new song for each playlist I donwload more than 10GB of music and the issue persist even I connect with "Spotify Server" frequently so this is a lie. I am considering leave this membership soon.
