For some reason my downloaded offline tracks are grayed out and I see a message saying that I do not have a connection. I should not need to be connected in order to play downloaded tracks.
You're right. Are you sure they are downloaded? The playlists have the down pointing arrow in a green circle against them?
They usually do but today they don't.
That indicates they're not on the device. This might be connected with this bug if they were there and now they've gone.
