Oneplus 3T, "no internet connection" on wfi

I have had the Oneplus 3T for a couple months now, and ever since I got it I have been having problems with my Spotify.

The app says I have no internet connection when I am definitely connected to the wifi with working internet! This mean that it can't download any of my songs (main point of having premium).

It works perfectly fine on mobile data however.

Another point to be raised. If I uninstall the app and then reinstall it, log in, everrything will work perfectly fine and i'll be connected! But if I turn the phone off or just wait for some time, it always stops working again! This is extremely frustrating!

I do have exactly the same problem since I upgraded to Android Oreo 8.0.  Now I can't use Spotify anymore on my phone since 3 weeks.  The support was not helpful.  I am planning to cancel my subscription and try an other provider.
