My Question or Issue

It is impossible to adjust the volume of the device (notifications, applications, alarms), the volume control panel does not come out, it changes invisibly in Spotify when the volume buttons are pressed, I determined that Spotify Connect is interfering with this, but I did not find a solution who can help and who has the same problem?
if the music is not playing, then you can adjust the volume (music control 1.jpg)
On Android 7, there is no such problem, the volume control panel will pop up there. All sounds can be configured there (music control 2.jpg)
