Phone app not working

Hello, i've been using spotify exclusively on my gaming console. I then shifted to using it on pc and everything was ok. But when i downloaded the phone app, all my playlists were gone and i didn't have premium. What happened? Is there anything i can do to fix this? All 3 spotify accounts use the same email but only my phone app doesn't have anything. Its like a new account.

Sounds like you could've created a second account with your information. I suggest trying the steps here to see if you can find the correct log in details.

If you find the correct account, you can close the Free one to avoid this from happening again in the future.
