I never use the 'Offline' option in the general settings menu.
All you need to do is 'SAVE' the album or playlist (option just under the artwork or album/artist title)
Then push the slider just underneath that that is labelled 'Available Offline'.
Could you show me what you are seeing? A screenshot would help identify what is wrong (You can use this guide to see how to take a screenshot)
You need to use the Desktop version of The website, then just add the pictures as an attachment to your post 🙂
