Spotify offline mode

Hello,

since Thursday my spotify goes in offline mode just a few seconds after I start the app. This happens on my Android Smartphone (HTC One Mini 2) and my iPad mini 3. It happens in 4G and WiFi. All my downloaded songs are deleted and I can't stream music too. I already reinstalled Spotify, restarted my device and my router, but with no success. On my PC everything works fine, just on my mobile devices not. And as it occurs on my Smartphone AND my Tablet with two different OS I doubt the problem is on my side, but maybe I am wrong.

I would appreciate any help!
