Playing song that isn't in the playlist

My spotify is playing songs that aren't in the playlist. This happens to every playlist I play

If you are premium, do you usually add songs to queue and don't finish listening to all of them? When you add songs to queue and don't finish playing them all, they stay there waiting for the user to start listening to any playlist or album.
