Playlist radio randomly starts

I have two frustrating issues, one related to the playlist radio (which I now fiercely dislike) and one that seems like a pure glitch. I do NOT have "autoplay" turned on:

1. I usually fall asleep to a playlist. Recenty, it's starting to wake me up again by randomly starting a related song even well after my playlist ends (I've confirmed this by rolling my sleep-list in the day as well). Again, I do NOT have "autoplay" on.

2. When connected to my Bluetooth headpones, the app randomly starts playing a different song when restarted after a pause. I listen, pause with my headphones, do something else for a short while, restart with my headphones, the app plays 2 seconds of the song I was listening to and then starts a random related song. This happens in the middle of playlist so it's not an autoplay issue.

I'm also pretty furious that I need to post this here instead of being able to talk to someone who directly works at Spotify and gets paid to answer questions. I don't think requiring everybody with a specific question to search through **bleep**loads of community posts, that may or may not be even related to your issue, is good customer service.
