Playlist sorted by artist AND album

My Question or Issue

Hi 

I made a playlist of my favs rock songs and until now it was sorted by artist and by album in the same time. 

However it has changed now. My playlist is still sorted by artist but the albums are completely randomised. Also even not in shuffle mode the order of playing doesn't follow the order of the playlist.

What can I do ?

Could you try the following to see if it helps?

1. Go to the playlist you’d like to sort.
2. Tap  in the top-right corner.
3. Tap Sort playlist.
4. Tap Album

Yah I've already done that and it works, (I like to sort them by artist) 

But everytime I exit the playlist, when I go back it's in a different order. 

Also if I play one song and not in shuffle mode, the next song is different than the order of the playlist 

Any idea why ?

That doesn't sound right...

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that didn't do the trick, please try performing a quick clean reinstallation of the app by following these steps. This usually helps with many ongoing issues like this.

I've done everything you recommend. 

Still didn't work. 

It looks like this problem only happens on 1 of my playlist. My main one. 

As you can see in the attached video, the playlist is still filtered by artist but the album are completely randomised and the next songs aren't in the order of the playlist.

Thanks for trying out the steps @Noah provided.

If it's an issue with just that one playlist, we suggest that you create a new one and move all the songs from the old one over to the new one. This is most easily done on desktop (Ctrl+A, then drag the selection across to your new playlist in the left sidebar).
