Just to confirm, does this only happen when you connect to a Bluetooth device from the mobile app?
If so, we'd suggest checking the following:
- Your device is on the latest software version available.
- Try re-pairing your devices. Here's how you can do that.
- Log out of Spotify, turn off your device and wait a couple of minutes before switching it on again, then log back into the Spotify app.
If that doesn't do the trick, we'd recommend trying a clean reinstall of the app by following the steps in this Spotify Answer.
