My Issue

I can't open albuns or playlists (except "Liked songs"). I'm able to search them but once I try to open it stays forever loading. The app doesn't close or stop working, it just don't open the album or playlist, so I can't download or listen to it. I just downloaded the app but I used Spotify before in the same smartphone and I never had any issue. On the other devices it also work perfectly.

Welcome to the Spotify Community!

 

As of recently, the version of Android you're running on your device is no longer officially supported by Spotify, I'm afraid. Currently, Android OS 7.0 or above is required to ensure the app's proper functionality.

 

Looks like your Samsung Galaxy J5 is limited to Android 6, so updating to Android 7 might not be an option for you at this time, but you can still use Spotify via the Web Player - just note that downloading content for offline listening is not available there (and that the Web Player offers access to less features compared to the mobile app in general).
