Playlists keeps re-downloading after a phone restart..

Hi.

This problem has been bugging me the last time nowadays. I'm using offline-mode for this phone which is for the car. The problem is my playlist get "UN-Synced" everytime my phone reboots so i have to re-download every playlist again and again...

I have placed the downloaded playlists in a SD-Card.

It's a Samsung S3 i9305 (Android Version 6.0.1).

I have another phone i'm using also without any problems, and the playlists are placed in the SD-Card also. (Sony Xperia Z5)

I don't think this is phone related because the files are still in the SD-Card but the phone doesn't seem to resync them.

You can try removing all of your offline devices here. Sometimes there can be a duplicate cache in the offline devices and it's fixed by removing them.

After that, just reinstall the app following these steps. Finally, you'll need to download the music again.
