My Question or Issue

In the Spotify app, My Playlist starts on first line after go to background and reopen Spotify application, sometimes also it doesn't loading, I need to scroll always to last line. This issue only available on latest 9.x version. Now I am using 8.x latest version, all works fine. Can you assist it? Thanks. I will send your video for more information.

Just to confirm, is this only happening on your phone or on other devices as well? It'd be helpful if you could check. If it only happens on your phone, make sure that the OS of your device is up to date. 

 

On another note, could you check if the same happens while using a different network? If you've been using WiFi, you can try with mobile data now. 

 

Lastly, we don't recommend using previous versions of the app. In this case, we suggest that you to perform a clean reinstall of the app on your phone by following these steps. This will help to get rid of any cached files that might be causing trouble.

Hello Eni,

Tried on two device and also bluestacks emulator, all has same problem on 9.x versions. Tried to clean cache, also tried to remove app and reinstall again. Issue not resolved. So I tried my brother phone, it has same problem. After I checked on Bluestacks (Android Emulator), there I has same issue again. I have premium subscribe, so I downloaded all songs already, but I seen same issue on both networks (wifi and mobile data). You can check on video. If issue resolve on next update, I will be switch to 9.x again. Thanks for answer

We appreciate the info you've included in your responses. To pass this info internally and continue investigating this behavior, would you mind confirming the make, model and OS version of the other mobile devices you've tested this and the exact Spotify version you're currently running?

I checked on Redmi Note 11 (Android 15 - custom ROM), Redmi Note 12 (Android 15 - HyperOS 2 Official) and Bluestacks (Android 9), all has same issue. Issue appear after 9.0.40.391 version, but also continued same issue on 9.0.42.529 version. I reverted back 8.9.76.538 version and issue resolved. Checked also on my Liked Songs playlist, same issue available on it. Thanks for answer.
