My Question or Issue

I'm reporting this as a new issue as I did mention it in this thread - https://community.spotify.com/t5/Ongoing-Issues/Mobile-Playlists-disappear-from-Your-Library-after-b...

but the version of the app that fixes that problem doesn't fix my problem.

When I change the location of the cache and downloaded data to my SD Card all the playlists disappear downloaded or not.

Tried all the steps in the FAQ and even bought a new SD Card but nothing happens.

Tried downloading a playlist to internal storage them moving it to SD storage when choosing where to download... Nothing happened... Nothing got copied over.

Hey @martinjh99

Thanks for keeping us posted.

Would you mind providing us with a screenshot of your Spotify in-app settings? Make sure the image displays the Storage details so we can have a closer look. You can attach the image to your next response to us by using the Insert Photos option in the post editor.

Also, could you confirm if switching to the SD card only affects your Library features, or you experience this with playback or any other app sections, such as Home and Search

Looking forward to your reply. Enjoy a great day!

SD Card settings upload... Am using the SD card and nothing is working - The only thing that comes up is the home screen.|Search works but when you click an artist or song "Sorry something went wrong" appears.  WIndows 10 app is working fine...

Am on Wifi internet if that makes any difference

Hi @martinjh99

Thanks for getting back to us.

You mentioned that you're using the SD card, but we can see that the screenshot shows the internal storage. This is a bit confusing, could you clarify what you mean when you say you're using the SD card?

We'd also recommend performing a clean uninstall of the app, plugging in another SD card and installing Spotify again to see if you're still experiencing this issue. Here you'll find the steps for a full clean reinstall.

We'll be on the lookout.

It's an older shot I posted earlier...

The tick is on the SD Card which is where Spotify is storing it's
data, cache etc

Complete clean install installed but still isn't working - I
don't think its my account because everything is fine with the
Windows version I have on the desktop...

Hi again @martinjh99

Thanks for the reply.

Can you confirm if you were able to try the clean reinstall with another SD card? Are you having issues with both?

Keep us posted.
