Plays completely random songs after selecting a song. Despite making a playlist

My Question or Issue

Every time I play a song, as soon as it's done it will play something completely random even with a premade playlist. I uninstalled  and reinstalled and it worked for 12hrs then it happened again. I changed my password thinking someone else "hacked" it. Still the problem continues. There are random playlist made in my library that I never created. Some playlist that says I'm following but I never did it myself.
