Poor volume when playing in car on bluetoth

Hi I have seen a few posts on here about the volume faults. I have a Samsung s6 and when I connect it to my car the volume is poor as in low. The has been a few times it is louder for about a second then goes back to low.

Hi, welcome to the community! I also use the Samsung Galaxy S6 but haven't had any volume issues over bluetooth. How high do you turn up the volume on your device?

Normally, if I increase the volume almost all the way on the S6 so I can then adjust manually using whatever speakers I'm connected to, e.g., car stereo, the sound is perfect.

Hi thanks for getting back I can have the volume on the phone to the max and have to have the volume on the car over the half way to get a decent volume

Have you tried any other apps to make sure it's only happening in Spotify and not a problem with the phone itself?
