My Question or Issue

Hello, I'm having a problem with my local files no longer downloading. They all of a sudden just disappeared from my mobile library and appear unplayable. We just wiped my original computer where the files originated and we moved the files to a hard drive and downloaded again on another PC. I did the whole download on the same wifi and spotify account but it for some reason won't download onto my phone again. Please help me I wanna listen to Logic's mixtapes again

Just to confirm, have you double-checked that the path which is set in the app's setting is leads to the new folder where the files are saved?

 

You can check that on your desktop with the steps here. After that you'll need to make sure that newly added the local files are saved in a playlist that you could download on your phone.
