Probleme mit Wiedergabe bei aktiver Internetverbindung

Hallo, wenn ich die mobilen Daten oder WLAN eingeschaltet habe, sind die Wiedergabe, Datenschutz und Audioqualität nicht verfügbar. Wenn ich Internet ausschalte, geht dies komischerweise. Den Offline Modus habe ich aber deaktiviert. App bereits neu installiert und Gerät neu gestartet. Vorgestern ging noch alles

We hope you don't mind us answering in English as this is the official language of the forum.


That being said, we'd like to gather some additional info. Would you mind sending us the make/model and OS of the affected device along with the Spotify version you're running there?

On another note, the settings you kindly mentioned are not available on one device when using the Connect feature. For example, if you're playing music on a computer and then you open the app on your cellphone to control the playback from there, on the mobile device settings app, you'll see those options grayed out and not available. Are you using Connect? If yes, this is expected behavior. 


If the above is not your scenario, would you mind sending us a screenshot of the behavior you mentioned in your next reply? It'll help us a lot.
