Problems listening to music offline

Hi, when I'm with my android out of wi fi networks, I try do listen to music normally, but when I click on some appears: this music is not available. I am premium and payment on time. I do not understand, because I do supposedly automatically download music since I started to be premium. Help?

So this only happens on mobile data? Can you check with your operator to see if they're blocking it
