Problems with Bluetooth

I connect my ph to a bluetooth speaker.   It only does shuffle on my ph...through Bluetooth.  I'm a paid subscriber.

What you listen through shouldn't cause this. Are you saying that touching a track to start a playlist/album playing causes the tracks to shuffle? If so, touch the now playing bar at the bottom of the screen and make sure that the shuffle icon isn't on (green).
