sopotify not working on mobile device

I've been trying to download my playlists (I'm premium) in my new Samsung galaxy s4 mini but when it's all downloaded, it kind of delete itself and I have to start over again downloading. What should I do?

Are you waiting for them to finish downloading - it can take a while, depending on how many tracks there are. When you set a playlist to be "available offline" on your mobile, how long is it before it undownloads? Do you get an error when you put spotify into offline mode and try to play one of the tracks?
