Profile and playlists won't show

I've recently gotten a new phone and when I installed the Spotify app I've been experiencing some problems 😞 The first one is that my profile refuses to show - it keeps saying that something went wrong and whenever I refresh it, it shows the same thing. The same thing happens with my old phone. I've tried it on the web player as well but it says that I must go online, and I'm pretty sure my Internet connection is fine.

The second problem I'm experiencing is that my playlists refuse to show??? Whenever I open the playlists tab, none of my playlists show. I tried it on my old phone, but it was fine and all my playlists were there.

I've reinstalled Spotify already but it still didn't work!!!!!!! 😞

Can you try another clean install but follow the guide linked below which details steps to take to ensure a full 'clean installation' is achieved - This includes checking redundant folders and a REBOOT!

Hi! I've done all the instructions that were given (and I did it more than once, just to be sure) but my playlists still won't show! 😕 And I still have troubles viewing my profile. I really don't know what's wrong and it's really frustrating me. 😞

What device and Android OS are you using?
