My Question or Issue
When choosing "Go to Song-Radio" of lesser known/played songs, the playlist is not available/missing. On Windows, the App is stuck in an endless loading.

Hey @nilsb_da,
Thanks for reaching out and welcome to the Community.
We appreciate your report about this behavior and passed it along to the right folks at out developer team. We can't say if and when exactly this will be fixed, but we recommend that you always keep the app up to date with the latest version. That way you'll make use of all features and fixes, as soon as they are made available.
In the meantime a possible workaround could be to create a playlist with similar tunes and try generating a radio based on it. That way the algorithm would have more meta-data to cross-reference.
Hope this is helpful but don't hesitate to let us know if you have any further questions!
Hello @Mihail ,
I've tried your suggestion to create a playlist with the song but I get this error (link to playlist:
):
Also, is it possible to move this thread to "Ongoing Issues" because this issue is also happening on Windows and Web?
Hi again @nilsb_da,
Thanks for keeping us in the loop.
The team in charge is currently looking into this. For now, we'd recommend keeping your app up to date so you don't miss any features.
If you have any other questions, we'll be right here.
Have a good one!
Hey There,
I have been struggling with the same issue. I have created a playlist with similar tunes and try generating a radio but the issue still exists.
