Rainbow Colored Album Artwork Distortion

Hi, how can I fix this? My album artwork for some songs are distorted with rainbow colored. Some are fine. All songs were downloaded for offline use.

I imagine the display for the Android device you're using in your car is failing, as I am unable to produce the issue over here. Only thing I can suggest at the moment is to replace your Android device.

Hi, thanks for your reply. how come the other artworks are fine? Can I uninstall and re-download them and check if they are still the same?

Yeah, you could try a reinstall of the Spotify app, but you can't re-download album artwork I'm afraid.
