Hola a todos mi nombre es Mahatma y tengo un problema con Spotify, sucede que si estoy reproduciendo música y salgo de Spotify ya se que minimice la app o cambie de app, con salir de la app se pausa, ya configure el ahorro de batería lo deje sin restricciones, la app tiene permisos de uso de datos, ya le borre los datos de cache y de aplicación, de hecho hasta le hice un reseteo de fabrica a mi celular y no queda, tengo un Xiaomi retmi note 10 pro con Android 12 con MIUI13 alguien que me pueda ayudar.

This type of issue is commonly related to the permissions and functionality of your device. First and just to make sure we're on the same page, have you deleted the cache by performing a clean reinstall with the steps mentioned in this article?

If so and the issue persists, would you mind checking on a different device (using your own account) to see if it makes any difference? If you don't have another one available, you can borrow one from a friend or family member to test it out.

Lastly and if possible, could you record a short video where we can take a better look at the issue you're mentioning? You can attach it to your next response by using the Insert Video option in the post editor. You can also upload it to Google Drive and share the link with us (make sure the video has the permissions for anyone to watch it).
