Ridiculous loading times (Android 7.0, Spotify 8.4...)

My Question or Issue

Spotify has ridiculous loading times - very often, but not always. It takes 5 to 10 minutes very often until I can hear music. In the meantime, I see the green wheel of death, not even the "sorry, this shouldnt have happened"-screen. just the green wheel. If i tap on "library", it shows "playlists/your mixtape/etc." ... but when I tap on one of them, nothing happens. Just wheel of death again. This is very annoying. I am paying for that thing. Please help me to fix this.

Hey @tmotl, welcome to the Community!

Does this happen on WiFi or mobile data? If it's on your WiFi, you can try resetting your network to see if it helps.

You can also try restarting the app or logging out and back in to see if it makes a difference.

I tried everything.  WiFi, mobile, emtpy Cache, Deinstallation, everything.

Still Not working. I am paying for that thing. So, please offer me a solution.. Otherwise I will leave for Google.
