S8+ Keeps opening and playing music in pocket

My Spotify keeps opening and resuming playing automatically, even in my hand. I close the app, it re opens and starts playing. I push pause from the lock screen and it automatically pushes play and keeps playing without me touching anything. I push pause, place the phone down and it starts playing again.

What is going on??? How do I fix this? I can't be in meetings and have my phone start playing heavy metal.
