SOME songs not downloading

Only some songs will not download. 

WiFi is on and plenty of free storage space on the phone. See screenshot

looking at the screenshot, it doesn't look like the songs are marked for download at all - there should be a gray downwards arrow next to the song.

This would mean the playlist itself is not marked for download and the songs that are downloaded have been downloaded from another source, like other playlists, an album or your liked songs.

Scroll to the top of the playlist and check if the Download option for the specific playlist is toggled on.
