Samsung S6 Edge - can't play downloaded songs in offline mode

Hello,

I am having issue which has been here several times on different devices.

Have Samsung S6 128gb. I am have downloaded 3300 songs with visible download mark.

Once I go to offline mode I cant see any song available and therefore playable.

I have tried all posibilities - clean install, root / unroot, factory erase + data format. Nothing worked.

Using Spotify 4.4.0.1008. Android 5.1.1.

Hello,

Additional info.

When fresh start phone -> go flight mode / out of connection -> start spotify -> no songs avalable -> go online -> songs appear -> go offline -> songs remain in offline.

I am flying a lot and if phone need restart in the air I cant listening again..
