Samsung mobile data turns off when I play Spotify in my car

Samsung mobile data turns off when I use Bluetooth to play Spotify in my car. I therefore can't receive texts or calls while I'm in the car.

Thanks for reaching out. Does it let you turn on mobile data after it's turned off? Also, can you try having a clean reinstall of the app to see if that does the trick? Just follow these steps. If the issue persists, can you check if you have the data saver mode enabled? If so, does disabling it make any difference?

Hi, thanks very much for your help! Sorry for the delayed response. After tryining all of your suggestions and also disconnecting and reconnecting Bluetooth it's now working fine. So something worked!
