Samsung s7 edge just randomly restarting while listening to spotify.

so, whenever i listen to music on spotify, my phone will just randomly restart(complete shutdown and startup) for no reason at all. tried to factory reset my phone twice now without any results 😕 really upsetting as i use spotify at least 5hrs a day.

This happens to me a lot usually when the battery is below 30 percent.

I have also this problem(s7 edge), I also did a factory reset, but the phone is reboot while I use the Spotify. Please do it something, because I always listening music on Spotify. Thank you!
