My Question or Issue

Everything is going perfectly, I download the music to the clock and I have it configured independently. But when I activate the no conession mode. It won't let me play the music because it doesn't have a connection. When I remove this mode if it goes.
Nor does it let me play the music if the watch is not connected to the mobile.
The fact is that I only became a premium to use this function and carry the music on the watch and not carry the mobile. But if it is not available please say so, and I will unsubscribe.

First thing to try here is performing a clean reinstall of Spotify on the mobile device. This will get you the latest app version with all necessary updates. Make sure you also reinstall the app on your watch. 

In case this persists, make sure no battery optimization settings or data cleaning apps run active on your phone. Such features can often prevent the app from operating at full capacity. We also suggest accessing the app settings and making sure all Permissions are enabled for Spotify.
