Searching in app doesn't work properly

My Question or Issue

Hi, my issue is when I search for a song in my playlist or in general, it doesn't show any songs, it shows the song as gray boxes like they are loading, but they don't load at all no matter how much time I wait.

To search for a song I need to exit the search and search again, when I quit the search and enter it a second time it works.

It's annoying... I always need to search twice.

Please fix this. It's a shame that I pay you money for a subscription and in return I get issues like this, and that it's so hard to get help.

There needs to be easier access to support and not only to write in the community page.

Fix this and do something about support plans for premium.

If you're seeing the songs as greyed out, but they do play after a couple of searches, then it's possible that some damaged cache might be causing this. In this case, we'd recommend a clean reinstall of the app to make sure it's removed. 

Another thing that's worth trying is a different internet connection and logging in your account on a different device to see if the issue persists there. Can you also let us know if this happens with specific playlists and songs or is it across everything you try to search for?
