When do audio book hours start a new month on Premium?

It's Sept. 2nd and I'm still locked out of audio books. When is this month's block of 15 hours available?

The hours of audiobook listening time included in your plan are renewed at the start of your next billing period. 

You can double-check your billing date in your account page; at the top of the page you'll see the plan you're subscribed to, how much you pay for it and the billing date. You can find more info on how Audiobooks in Premium plans work in this article.
