Shuffle not working at all

I see the shuffle symbol but when i push it it pauses instead. I signed out twice it worked for awhile. Now again not at all.

Hey there, that's definitely unusual behavior. Could you please try performing a clean reinstall and see if that might resolve the issue? Please note this involves some additional steps compared to a standard reinstall to make sure the cache is fully cleared.
