Skipping to certain sections of local files won't work.

So this just started happening a few days ago.

For all my local/files mp3 files, I've been having a problem where if I wanted to skip to a certain section of the song, it would rather just start at the beginning rather than the desired time section.

So basically,

I want to skip to 1:24 of a song, however, it would just start the song at 0:00 if I tried doing so. 

So far, my attempts in fixing haven't worked:

- Replacing the local files

- Re-downloading the local files

- Starting a new playlist
