Sleep Timer is broken

My Question or Issue

Sleep Timer feature doesn't work properly. I set it off for 30 minutes, and it stops at 22 minutes. Yes I reinstalled the app. The issue is ongoing for a week. The same thing happens when i set it off for 45mins or 1 hour. It just stops playing a couple of minutes after.

I checked on my end with both music and podcasts, but I wasn't able to reproduce the issue you're experiencing. Can you confirm if this happens regardless of the content type? You also mentioned this being quite recent, so we wanted to check if you've made any changes or if there were any updates (app or software ones, for example) in the past week that might have caused this? 

We also want to rule out any device- or account-related issues so it'd be great if you can test this out on a different device, for example a PC or a friend or relative's phone. We'd also recommend clearing cache, as well as logging out and back in a couple of time afterwards to ensure everything's synced. It might also be worth checking your device's settings and making sure Spotify's excluded from any battery optimization apps.
