Smart shuffle is not returning to original order after turning it off.

Smart shuffle is not returning to original order after turning it off.

In the past I would start listening to my playlist my pressing the shuffle icon on the top of the playlist, and if a song came on as part of an album that I wanted to hear through, I would turn off shuffle and it would stick to my sort order of "artists" and play the next song on the album. Now when i press to turn off shuffle i get smart shuffle, then after I turn off smart shuffle, the queue is now sorted by date added instead of what my playlist is, "artists." This is really frustrating and If there is a way to revert back to skipping smart shuffle and going right to the next song on how mine is sorted, please let me know.

Hey @ZootKaboom,

Thanks for posting in the Community.

Currently the described behavior is the expected one as the previously set sort order gets reset after returning to the playlist.

If you want to suggest this as a new feature, you can submit an idea proposal though. Here is how to do that. Make sure to read through the guidelines first, so we can accept the submission and prepare it for public voting.

Hope this helps.

Cheers!
