So I use Spotify lite and it doesn't load songs despite a good connection

It says this took too long check ur internet connection despite me having a very fast network

Hi there, and welcome to the Community!

 

There could be a few possible causes for this issue. You can try a few tricks to solve it:

 

- Clear cache and app data. Over time, corrupted cache/data can cause issues.

  • Go to Settings > Apps > Spotify Lite > Storage

  • Tap Clear Cache, then Clear Data

- Make sure Spotify Lite is allowed to use data:

  • Settings > Apps > Spotify Lite > Mobile Data & Wi-Fi

  • Ensure Background data and Unrestricted data usage are ON.

- Even if the connection seems good, try turning off Wi-Fi and test with mobile data, or vice versa. Try a different Wi-Fi network if possible.

Sometimes a clean reinstall helps. Uninstall the app, restart your phone and reinstall it from the Google Play Store.
