Some premium features disappeared from phone

Hello, 

It seems that some of the premium features stopped working/displaying on my Samsung S8. The PC app works no problem, and my account information still shows "premium". Reinstalling the app did not help. 

Features lost:

1. Some setting dissapeared (greyed out) - mainly the playback quality, equlaizer, offline mode, normalize etc. 

2. Play button only shows "shuffle play" option (like in the free version) on albums/playlists, but if I tap on a song in the album it will continue playing the rest without shuffle. There are no ads during playback, and I can still download.

I searched the forums but could not find any issue resembling this. Would greatly appreciate any help. Thanks!

Hello.

1. Most settings are greyed out if you are playing music through another device using connect as they're irrelevant. They come back when you switch playback to your android.

2. The big green shuffle button has always been an annoying feature for premium users as discussed in this idea topic. To listen to an album or playlist, in order, just touch one of the tracks.

1. I just had the problem solved with a costumer service representative, apparently it was an issue with unsyncing an offlie device, which he did on his end. But, I wasn't aware of the setting disappearing on connect playback, so thanks.

2. For the last 6-7 months that I had premium I had a regular "play" button, so having it suddenly come back looked odd to me. But like you say, it's a non issue. 

I guess most of this had to do with me recently upgrading my phone, new device, app reinstalling etc.
