Songs don't download, white exclamation mark

My Question or Issue

I've attempted to download songs to listen to offline but they continue to fail and show up with white exclamation marks but are still continuing to give me the notification that it is downloading without progression.

I've tried a hard reset, deleting all files, re-installation and a factory reset.

All whilst making sure it has permission to access all features.

I tried downloading the album you sent and it works fine on my end, so it'd be great if you can send over the details @Vasil requested and let us know what troubleshooting steps you've tried, so that we don't suggest something you've already done. Can you also confirm if this only happens with this specific album or if it's across all? 

It'd also be great if you can check if you can download it on a different device, as well as ask someone to log in their account on the device you're having the issue on and try to download it. This way we can determine if this is account- or device-related. Also, if you're using a SD card, you might want to give this suggestion a try.
