Songs dont shuffle please help!

My Question or Issue

Can anyone help my Samsung A50 won't shuffle songs plays the same 30 or 40 over and over,even tho I have hundreds of songs, it's slowly sending me insane, I just don't want to listen anymore tried all trouble shooting tips including uninstalling and re installing .

Could you let us know if this behavior happens only on your phone?

It's also a good idea to try a clean reinstall (instead of a regular one) to clear any old files that might be causing issues. If you've already tried the more thorough version, just let us know.

If that doesn't do it for you, we can suggest marking all songs in your playlist and adding them to a new one to see if Shuffle works better there. You can easily do this on desktop by opening the playlist and pressing the Ctrl+A keys.

Hi can you tell me if I do a clean re install this won't delete all my music I have already on Spotify, sorry if it's a silly question.

No worries. The clean reinstall doesn't affect the music you have in your account. If you want to play your favorite jams offline, it's necessary to download them again.
