Spotify Deleting My Playlists

Over the past week I have went onto the Spotify App on my Nexus 6P to realise that the playlists that I have created have been deleted. This has happened 3 times this week and there seems to be 2 day intervals between when it happens. It is very annoying because these are the playlists I listen to offline and I have to go and 'Restore' them each time this happens and then download all the songs again which amounts to over 1000+ songs.

Any help would be great:)
